I am so pleased to be the head fitness coach on a series of weekend retreats and one day programmes offered by Yolo Retreats

The retreats are being held at stunning country venues in the Cotswolds offering a premium health and fitness experience.

I have hosted many fitness retreats in the past which have received recognition from the Sunday Times and Natural Health Magazine but this retreat programme has a real country retreat feel to it. Retreats are once in a lifetime experiences and one of the highlights of my job.

I absolutely love being able to spend sufficient time with people to support them with their health and fitness. Being able to inspire people to make a change provides me a real buzz and is the reason why I enjoy what I do for a living so much.

The programme:
Yolo Retreats offer three programme variations for 2018, which I am hosting.

Train Like a Pro:
The ‘Train Like A Pro’ 1 day fitness programme is designed to take the fitness to the next level and educate on how to maximise the results through a training programme and nutrition.

The programme basically takes you on the journey of how to do this in a smart way to maximise time spent training.

This is suitable for both male and female’s who currently exercise and have the physical capabilities to be challenged in fitness. Age is irrelevant but confidence in exercise is essential.

The Fitness Kickstarter:
This is a perfect 1 day experience for the less confident in fitness, de-conditioned and exhausted from their busy lifestyle but have the right intentions in wanting to make a change to current lifestyle. I will teach and inspire people how to do this and to understand how to apply yourself to a healthier lifestyle regardless of time restraints.

Understanding how to make positive changes is half the battle and I will inspire you to do this.

This is the perfect fitness jump start for any male or female of any age who needs to be motivated and understand how to make the move into living a healthy lifestyle.

The Fit Weekender:
The ‘Fit Weekender’ experience is a unique health and fitness getaway in the country which will consist of a concentrated long weekend from Friday afternoon to Monday morning with a focus towards health, fitness and wellness. I have created a programme which will educate guests through workshops, talks and offer a varied fitness programme. This is delivered by myself and a support team including a Yoga guru and chef.

The fitness weekender will really get your fitness mojo back in just a few days. Recharge your mind and body with various activities which includes hiking, yoga, group exercise classes and nutritional sessions, so you leave the retreat feelings restored and renewed.

The venues:
The venue’s hosting the programme have been carefully selected to provide the perfect setting to support the schedule and provide the guests the perfect environment to focus on the exercise in the country.

Our Fit Weekender is being held in Great Tew, directly next door to the Soho Farmhouse. Our guests will reside at the ‘Cartshed’ and ‘Grainstore’ barns providing breath-taking countryside scenery throughout. The venue oozes traditional Cotswold charm whilst combing luxury contemporary living. When:
The programme commences on 30th April at Ellenborough Park which is hosting the first ever ‘Train Like A Pro’ event. I can confirm that this is now nearly full as I write this blog, which is really exciting.
