    With the experience of James, he understands how day-to-day demands can impact on your schedule and how to provide a tailored approach.

    James has worked with a range of private clients, helping them to perform, eat and feel better on a daily basis.

    Travel options are available on request. Whether you are an individual, private family or a business interested in having James traveling with you, then a bespoke service can be created to support whilst you are on the move. James will be happy to discuss your requirements and create a plan.

  • One Lifestyle

    In addition to fitness coaching, James provides a completely personal add on to support you every step of the way towards your individual goals. The ‘One Lifestyle’ programme will support you in relation to your nutritional requirements and general lifestyle which will compliment your one-to-one training.

    James will ensure your lifestyle is completely tuned up and tracked every step of the way to support your goals.

    What is included within the ‘One Lifestyle’ programme:

    • Lifestyle review/assessment pre-commencement – goal setting

    • Bespoke lifestyle and nutrition plan created every four weeks

    • Tailored breakfast/lunch/main meal recipes

    • Lifestyle review at the start of each calendar month

    • The training programme is reviewed and adjusted monthly

    • Monthly body composition analysis and full report each month

  • High Performance Health

    James has created ‘High Performance Health’ wellness programme which is engineered to ensure physical and mental wellbeing is achieved through his philosophy of improving mindset, movement, recovery, and nutrition to achieve higher performance in life both physically and mentally.

    James personally delivers a range of wellbeing talks and workshops for a variety of leadership teams and has curated one-on-one fitness training for company owners and CEO’s for many of the UK’s biggest operators.

    James is part of a strong network of health and wellness practitioners supporting bespoke projects to clients which are designed to empower and inspire people to lead a high performance lifestyle.

    Private bookings can be made for your company or specific group of individuals to create the desired experience to fit the brief. With various luxury venues affiliated with James, a bespoke package can be arranged to suit any requirements.
